It’s amazing how many anti aging & general skin care products are on the market these days. There are creams for pretty much everything. So which ones do you really need?
Here is a list that comes to mind when I think of the many creams that are available:
- Moisturizing Creams
- Anti-Wrinkle Creams
- Hand & foot Creams
- Eye Creams
- Neck & Chest Creams
- Anti Cellulite Creams
- Skin Brightening (Bleaching) Creams
- Self Tanning Creams
- Sunblock & Sunscreen Creams
Now, out of all of those creams, which ones do you use regularly? I can personally say I use all of them except skin brightening & self-tanning creams. When it all boils down to it, taking care of the skin properly costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time. It’s something that many people overlook, however. (They are usually the people you see with many wrinkles on their faces later in life.) At the end of the day, most of skin care is aimed at keeping the skin tone healthy and the wrinkles far, far away.
Out of all of those creams listed, which ones do you absolutely need? If I were to just guess the median audience of this website to be around 35 years old, mother of one, I would have to suggest the following three products: moisturizing cream, sunscreen, and an eye cream. There are many reasons I have for selecting those three creams, which I will now detail.
A daily moisturizing cream is the best thing you can do to your skin on a daily basis. Not only does it work to bring hydration to the skin, but it also helps rejuvenation of hte skin cells and protects the skin from any sun damage. Next to the daily moisturizing cream, a sunblock with spf is the second most important cream you need to use. Not only does it prevent sunburn, but it will also keep wrinkles far away and help protect the skin from the harmful uv rays of the sun. Lastly, an eye cream is a solid daily anti aging cream that not only prevents wrinkles, but reduces the appearance of dark circles, puffy eyes, and eye bags. An eye cream is a daily anti aging cream that will help you look fresh, appear younger, and keep the area under the eyes looking healthy and plump.
If you can afford to use the rest of the creams mentioned, more power to you. I am simply trying to put out the best roster of creams that should be used as part of an overall streamlined anti aging gameplan. Keeping the skin’s tone and trying to prevent wrinkles are the two main components I weighed when compiling this list, so keep that in mind behind my reasoning.
