Facial wrinkles are a natural part of aging. What we can all hope and pray for is that some scientist comes up with a perfect concoction of ingredients that will wipe out wrinkles forever. However, let’s face the facts, wrinkles are a part of life we have to deal with for now, and other than using an eye wrinkle cream for your eye area and a facial wrinkle erasing serum for the rest of your face, there is little we can do to reduce their appearance.
I found an article online from someone I respect in the anti aging niche, and she has pointed out many different facial exercises you can do to help get rid of wrinkles. Today’s entry is a quick overview of what she has discussed in her article, and I’d like to show you how you can easily clear up those worry lines in less than five minutes every day. These facial exercises do not involve anything out of the extreme ordinary nor do they make you feel embarrassed. These exercises can be done pretty much everywhere depending on how motivated you are at getting rid of facial wrinkles.
By all means, these facial exercises are not “miracle exercises” that will banish wrinkles and fine lines on your face forever. Like any other exercises, they take time . However, you can count on the effects over a span of 2-3 months helping you look much better and leaving your face and neck in a much more well-sculpted and defined state. The exercises are targeted at eliminating wrinkles, puffiness, and double chins. All of these are effects of aging, and can also be supplemented with any anti aging cream you find.

1. The Center Triangle Lift
This exercise is aimed at getting rid of saggy muscles, lifts and enhances the dominant and relevant cheek muscles. To do this, you would need to position the fingertips on the cheek, 2cm from the temple and incline the chin downwards in the direction of the chest. Then, rub the skin over the cheekbones while exhaling. Stretch the muscles around here by gradually opening and closing the mouth. For the best results, do this 6 to 15 times. The results are often phenomenal as you would literally feel the tension around the mouth reduce.
2. Neck Tightness Removal
To get rid of wrinkles around the neck, carry out the following: Position your two hands at the beginning the throat. Do this in a manner that lifts the chin so it looks like you are staring straight ahead. Then, without tossing the head backwards, tilt the jaw upwards as if you are lifting it and try swallowing. For many people, this is easy. But if the muscles around the neck are tight, trying to swallow in this position will often result in some stress and feelings of tightness. This is an indication that the muscles around the shoulders and neck are very tight. Do this frequently and you will soon feel the tightness melt away.
3. Double Chin Elimination
Many people often incorrectly assume that facial exercises can help them get rid of their double chin. Unfortunately, this isn’t true as the “second” shin isn’t caused by saggy skin; it is caused by excessive fat. So, start exercising. There’s nothing better than a good exercise to keep you fit and in top shape. Exercise will help burn off the fat and eliminate the second chin. A vigorous walk in the park once a day will do the magic.
