Once you have streamlined your home and work tasks, you will have created enough time for a hobby or two. Look back on your life – what did you most enjoy when growing up? Did you sing? Play an instrument? Collect stamps?

You are never too old and it is never too late to pick such hobbies back up to add spice to your life. Your children will find you a more interesting person, and you will be more cheerful to be around.
