Place a rubber band around the can, midway up the can. Insert the crayons point-side-up behind the rubber band, one by one, until they cover the can. To conceal the rubber band, twist pipe cleaners over it. Push short flower stems into the floral foam to arrange, placing the tallest ones at the center and fanning out from there.
