1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped candied cherries
1 cup chopped candied pineapple
1 cup chopped salted pecans
2 tsps orange zest
2 tsps lemon juice

Instructions:

In medium saucepan over lowest heat setting, melt whipping cream and marshmallows. Using a rubber spatula fold marshmallow mixture over and over until marshmallows are half melted. Remove mixture from heat and continue folding until all the marshmallows are melted and mixture is fluffy.

Set aside to cool to room temperature. Butter a loaf pan on bottom and up the sides. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of loaf pan. Set aside. Once marshmallow mixture has cooled, add the rest of the graham cracker crumbs, cherries, pineapple, pecans, orange zest and lemon juice to the mixture.
